Смена не закрыта. SET10 : Set Retail / Centrum / Oil

Не закрывается смена на сервере. (горит желтым)

Удалял это задание из set_operday.od_inbound_files не помогло.

Удалить этот файлик:
3/Document_20160518125005_0_298_43_3.zip
искать в ngix\html

Сделать повторную выгрузку смены с кассы №3 с помощью SetupSetConsole

Создает новый файлик. но результат то же.

как решили проблему?
у нас данная проблема массовая...

Couldn't cast ru.crystals.operday.check.ODReportShiftEntity to ru.crystals.operday.check.ODWithdrawalEntity
ошибка системная, точнее даже программная, обращайтесь в Кристалл.
пс.
Система не может преобразовать один свой внутренний тип в другой.
