The BCT software has been replaced by _connect.BRAIN and is no longer used for new installations.
BCT with _dataMaintenance.BRAIN requires the following licenses: Light license

Software licenses are required for these programs - _dataMaintenance.BRAIN, Bizerba Label Designer - 'bld.BRAIN' and also for the communication software, _connect.BRAIN or the Bizerba Communication Tools (BCT), that are used.
Server licenses
Licenses for the maximum number of devices to be managed by _data.Maintenance.BRAIN.
These type of license is checked when _dataMaintenance.BRAIN is started, however, it is not explicitly reserved.
The following server licenses are supported:
- Server Basic (IS_dm_Server_10) Bit-license, to manage 9 devices
- Server Standard (IS_dm_Server_40) Bit-license, to manage 39 devices
- Server Professional (IS_dm_Server_MAX) Bit-license, no limitations in the number of devices
Client licenses
Counter license for the number of workstations at which _dataMaintenance.BRAIN can be used at the same time.
When _dataMaintenance.BRAIN is started, one client license of type "IS_stats_Client" is reserved explicitly. This license is therefore not available to other programs for the duration, and is not cleared until the program is closed. If the program crashes, this license is automaticallycleared after approx. 10 minutes by the license manager (BSP).
Version licenses
A version license is basically always required. When the software is ordered for the first time, the license for the most recent version is automatically included.
In a version update where the main version is updated to the next higher version, e.g. from version 2.x to version 3.x, an additional version license is required which is made available upon release of the program. Inside the main version, updates are not subject to charge.
Test mode
If the first installation of _dataMaintenance.BRAIN is not more than one month ago, the program can be opened in test mode. The test mode enables you to manage up to nine devices without any limitations.
Так-же я понял, можно этот софт опробовать не имея на него лицензий, 30 дней с момента установки.
п.с. сам я этим софтом не пользовался, коллеги пробовали.
