...меня тоже интересует, на какой параметр необходимо смотреть перед скачиванием фильма, ибо одни идут отлично в супер качестве, другие тормозят...
В случае видео, закодированного кодеком AVC, важнейших параметров два — Format profile и ReFrames. Для BD-рипов в FullHD (1080p) MediaInfo должно нарисовать примерно такую картину:

На прошлой неделе специально отобрал и перекинул с компа на внешний сигейтовский терабайтник 8 фильмов с указаннами параметрами. Проверил на своём 42ET5: все восемь пошли «на ура», без тормозов и заиканий. В том числе 20-гигабайтный «Облачный атлас», например...

P.S. Для фильмов HD (720p) параметр ReFrames, как уже писали выше, может быть увеличен, вплоть до 9–12 кадров.
