BS800 Error when sending PLU : Bizerba

Hi,

I need help with above error received from bizerbra BS800 when sending
PLU

PLST s00QUIT4470ETIM1491387206ELEV20BLK 0

It means "PLU table full". Reconfigure the scale increasing PLU table

(BTW, на форуме часовой пояс съехал на UTC+4)

i checked the configuration of the scale and it is configured to 6000 PLU, but im trying to send less than 6000 PLU

Just to be self-assured: BS800 or BC800 ? They are almost completely different models.

whats the proportion of the number of PLU configured in scale with the number of PLU send to the scale? I increased the number from 6000 to 25000 to the scale and i send all 5628 plu with success.

Perhaps, the scale was not "empty" when you started to download.

i cleaned PLST and ATST table before sending new PLU list.
I even tried something else, i decreased plu number on scale, to allow max 1 plu, and i tried to send 1 plu to scale and the response from the scale was same error PLST? S00? QUIT4470? ETIM1491387206? ELEV20? BLK 0?

Can i change max plu number to the scale programatically?
