(само)регистриуешься, ставишь скачивалку (без неё, увы, никак), находишь нужное в каталоге и скачиваешь.

Warmboot the device before beginning the update process.
Download the provided OS files to the desktop / laptop computer from the Honeywell software page here, under 'Software' > 'Computer devices' > 'Vehicle Mount' > 'VM1' > 'CE6' > 'Current' > 'OS firmware drivers' > 'VM1 Windows CE6 English OS Image version .1Ck.'
Establish an ActiveSync / WMDC connection between the device and a desktop/laptop computer via USB.
Extract the files from the .zip folder and copy the files for the PC to the folder \System on the device
During the file copy process to the \System folder, when asked to 'Overwrite?', select 'Yes to All'
Restart the device by going to the 'Control Panel' > 'Registry' Icon and selecting 'Load Factory Defaults'
